TOUCHING HEARTS, CHANGING LIVES

I'm so glad you've come to set a spell with me. As a native Texan and cowgirl at heart, I love meeting new people.

I've been writing all my life. After struggling with the divorce of my parents and living with the effects of my mother's poor decisions in regard to marriages, I used my writing to escape into a world where families stayed together no matter what.

Today, I am married to the love of my life with an amazing family I adore. You can see some of them on the About Martha page and learn a little bit more about me.

Back to my writing. At seventy-three years of age, a lifelong dream was realized in the sale of my debut novel, Becoming Lucy. I would love for my readers to be touched by the stories I write, and for the messages in my books to change the lives of those who read them.
